Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner
A local judge last week sanctioned the embattled Soros-funded St. Louis circuit attorney after he withheld evidence from the court in a double-murder case and released the alleged killer onto the street.
Local KSDK reported:
A St. Louis judge has allowed St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner’s office to withhold evidence and keep the suspect out on bond in a double homicide case…
…This week, Judge Theresa Counts Burke ruled in favor of Heflin attorneys of the Bruntrager & Billings law firm who accused Assistant Circuit Attorney Alex Polta of violating discovery rules that require prosecutors to turn over evidence, including DNA reports and recordings. Call 911.
“The court found that there were repeated delays by the state in obtaining discovery and providing it to the defense,” Burke wrote. “There was a lack of diligence on the part of the state in pursuing the defendant in a timely manner and providing discovery. As a result of the State’s actions and lack of diligence, the Court grants Defendant’s second motion.
Per Burke’s order, Heflin must remain under GPS monitoring.
Appointed by the Missouri Supreme Court in February Judge John P. Torbitsky The Eastern District of Missouri Court of Appeals to review Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey’s legal action to remove St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner from his elected position as St. Louis Circuit Attorney.
A Soros-funded circuit attorney refuses to perform the duties of his position. The homicide rate and car thefts in St. Louis rival those of any major city in a third-world country. Gardner refuses to prosecute criminals and releases dangerous criminals on the street. And at the same time, they throw out court cases because they say the police are racist.
The final straw was a horrific crime in February when repeat offender Daniel Riley, 21, who was out on bail after violating his bond multiple times, killed teenager Janay Edmondson in a wreck. A young teenage volleyball sensation lost both of her legs while walking from a volleyball tournament with her parents in downtown St. Louis. Janey had a scholarship to play volleyball in college. Daniel Riley had violated his bond more than 100 times and was still roaming the streets of St. Louis.
Gardner was so disliked that a St. Louis city judge asked the state Supreme Court to exclude Kim Gardner from deciding whether to continue as circuit attorney. This frees him to testify against Kim Gardner in her case.

Again – here’s a little more background on Kim Gardner.

Gardner didn’t tell the authorities what he did to get on their list but he was being censored.
In 2019, Gardner refused to charge a drug dealer with 1,000 opiate pills and 30,000 in cash because she didn’t like the police involved.

But this latest incident in February was the last straw.
