At CPAC on Saturday, writer Michael Knowles shared concerns about how transgenderism is shaping public life and conversation.
In his speech, Knowles said, “There is no middle ground in dealing with transgenderism. It’s all or nothing. If transgenderism is true, if men can truly become women, then it is true for everyone of all ages. If transsexualism is wrong, if men can’t really be women, as if they can’t, then it’s a lie for everyone. And if it is false, we should not partake of it. Especially if that indulgence requires the deprivation of many people’s rights and customs.
“If this is false, then for the good of the society and especially for the poor who are victims of this confusion, the transgender should be completely eradicated from public life. Absolute, nonsense theory at every level.
But how the liberal Daily Beast’s screeching headline didn’t cover his criticisms. His headline, “Michael Knowles Says Transgender Community Should Be ‘Eliminated’ at CPAC—It’s Genocide.”
Knowles was forced to withdraw from the outlet for misrepresenting his remarks.

The Daily Beast edited their headline to read “Michael Knowles Says Transgenderism Must Be ‘Eliminated’ at CPAC,” but the outlet did not remove the headline “It’s Genocide.”
Knowles responds to title amendment.

Liberals tried in vain to continue attacking the critics, but Knowles astutely pointed out their linguistic hypocrisy.

What Michael Knowles actually calls for is the *eradication of transgenderism from public life.
