The latest production from Joe Dan Gorman and the Intellectual Froglegs is out. In this edition, Joe Dan Gorman takes on Klaus Schwab and his Great Reject.
Joe Dan Gorman shares his story at Intellectual Froglegs:
Joe Dan Gorman was born in Dallas, Texas and raised in the hills of eastern Kentucky, both contributing to his southern independence and humor.
Gorman thrived as a real estate broker, investor and private consultant, serving at one time as vice president of the largest real estate investment entity in southern Arizona.
And then the unthinkable happened: In 2007 the booming real estate market crashed, stripping Joe Don of his holdings.
At the same time, Gorman was fighting a multi-year custody battle for his son.
Within three months Joe Don’s business was closed, his son was taken from him, and his father died.
Joe learned first-hand something similar to the lessons of Dan Job: He went from material success and a beautiful house to living in his Aunt Jean’s basement. He looked for work everywhere to no avail, not even hiring burger joints.
Somehow Gorman summoned his Lone Star State grit and reinvented himself and did something completely out of the box: he created a video on his laptop…
Through all these fiery trials, Joe Dan came into a personal relationship with God, and it seems that God “baptized” his idea: when the going got tough, Gorman became funny. Really funny.
In 2012 Joe Dan created Intellectual Froglegs and by 2013 was nominated for Video Blogger of the Year at CPAC in Washington DC.
