Two-time election loser and election denialist Stacey Abrams traveled to Nigeria as part of a 40-member staff from the International Republican Institute and the National Democratic Institute to “observe” the 2023 Nigerian presidential election. But after the vote, bigger problems arose.
However, before the votes were counted, Abrams was quite satisfied and optimistic about the election. He praised the “orderly lines,” “strong spirit” and “patience” among the voters.

Unfortunately for her, Nigerian politicians must have caught wind of her arrival as both opposition parties in Nigeria are now calling for a re-run, alleging a rigged election.
One could say that Abrams learned from the best because he was the epitome of a loser. Why not emulate her to see if you can be more successful in a country with weaker institutions than America?
Remember that Abrams narrowly lost the race to then-Secretary of State Brian Kemp and immediately vindicated that the election was rigged. For years she claimed that she had won the election and was the real governor of Georgia.
National Democrats echoed her frivolous claims with little pushback from the corporate media.
The Daily Wire reported:
Two-time failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams appeared in Nigeria this week, serving as part of a 40-member staff monitoring polls in the African nation’s elections, which now appear to have been rigged by parties that lost the election.
Abrams, who is traveling with the International Republican Institute and the National Democratic Institute, told media on Saturday that there is a lot of enthusiasm on the ground among voters.
“I would say despite the slow start [violence]Abrams said over the weekend, “We’ve seen orderly lines, we’ve seen long lines, indicating strong passion. But we’ve seen a lot of cooperation and a very peaceful conversation among voters. They want to be heard, and they’re willing to stand in line and be patient, because that’s their path to progress.” They know.
Well, as of Tuesday, both opposition parties in Nigeria’s presidential election are calling for a do-over, claiming the results were partially corrupted by the hijacking of voter ID technology from some polling stations, causing delays and errors.
The Peoples Democratic Party, Labor Party and African Democratic Congress released a joint statement saying they have lost confidence in the chairman of the electoral body, Mahmoud Yakubu.
“We call on the international community that the results announced at the National Collation Center are highly doctored and manipulated and do not reflect the wishes of Nigerians as expressed in the poll held on February 25, 2023,” the statement said.
Abrams’ stance seemed to agree with that assessment.
“The election fell short of the reasonable expectations of Nigerian citizens,” spokesmen for the International Republican Institute (IRI) and the National Democratic Institute (NDI) told a press conference.
Who needs enemies like Abrams in your corner? One can only feel sorry for the people of Nigeria.
