In a post on Twitter, Gabby said that both Party and Nketiah are in high spirits and looking forward to helping Arsenal beat Aston Villa this weekend.
“Had lunch today with my good friend @Thomaspartey22 and the young man who calls me “Uncle”, @EddieNketiah9 after his training” He tweeted.
“They are both in high spirits and determined to see @Arsenal get back to winning ways starting Saturday against @AVFCOfficial.”
Arsenal were knocked out of the Premier League summit when they lost to rivals Manchester City on Wednesday.
Mikel Arteta’s side succumbed to a 3-1 defeat after goals from Kevin de Bruyne, Jack Grealish and Erling Holland, with Bukayo Saka grabbing the Gunners’ consolation goal.
Partey missed the game against Manchester City after picking up a thigh injury that ruled him out of the top-of-the-table clash.
However, the midfielder’s injury has been ruled out as a precaution and he could play against Aston Villa on Saturday.
Arsenal are currently second in the Premier League, although they have a game in hand.
