He was speaking on Monday February 13,2023 with Captain Koda on the morning show of Kumasi based OTEC 102.9 FM, Nansapo.

“Retaining power in the 2024 general elections is not far off but the party needs to do more to make the living conditions of the common Ghanaian a little easier”.

“I strongly believe that breaking eight is possible, but we all have to accept that, there is hardship in the country and as the saying goes, ‘a hungry man and an angry man’, so we really have to work hard to turn things around. We want to stay in power,” he said.

Relatedly, NPP flag bearer aspirant Dr. Kofi Konadu Apraku said he is the next man after President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.

Speaking to Accra-based Ghon TV, he said the party believes in a hierarchical system where people line up to take available positions in the party.

“… in our part there is a sense that these are the elderly and it is their turn and it is them.
