While many viewers expressed mixed reviews of singer Rihanna’s Super Bowl halftime performance, one was the most vocal and public critic — Donald Trump.
Trump took to the social media platform to blast the performance as an “epic fail” and mock Rihanna’s stylist.
“Rihanna delivered, without question, the single worst halftime performance in Super Bowl history — this after insulting more than half of our nation, which is already in serious decline, with her vulgar and insulting language,” the former president wrote.
“Also, so much for her ‘stylist’!” He joked.
Rihanna looked stunning in an all red outfit for the performance while her backup singer’s ensemble was all white. However, in promo clips, she looks like she’s stripped the Grinch of his pelt and styled her hair to mimic a tree straight out of Whoville.

Trump slams Rihanna after Super Bowl performance
Rihanna’s Super Bowl halftime show featured risqué lyrics and a song titled “Bitch Better Have My Money,” as well as a dance choreography that involved the pop star grabbing her crotch and then … it’s hard to explain.
Yeah I know… the fact that I think it’s gross that Rihanna grabs her bum and brings her hands to her face makes me racist.
Or, maybe I have standards. That too.

Remember when the NFL was outraged over Janet Jackson’s wardrobe malfunction?
Trump was probably ready to criticize any performance Rihanna graced the audience with. Before the Super Bowl, he was already criticizing her.
“She would be nothing without her ‘stylist,'” he wrote. “Everything is bad, and there is no talent!”

Not a big fan of Rihanna Trump either
Earlier in the week, Trump responded to a social media post by Rep. Ronny Jackson, Republican of Texas.
“Rihanna spray painted ‘F*** Donald Trump’ on a car at Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo,” Jackson said. “She has made a career of badmouthing America every chance she gets and spewing decadent filth.”
Jackson insisted he should never have been selected for the halftime show.
“Why is the NFL putting up with this crap?” he asked. “Rihanna shouldn’t be a halftime performer!”

Suffice it to say, the performer isn’t a big fan of Trump either.
After President Biden’s inauguration, Rihanna posted a picture of herself taking out the trash and added the hashtag ‘#wediditJoe’.

Rihanna threatened to stop Trump after a reporter noticed that one of her songs was being played at a 2018 rally.
Not for long… Neither I nor my people would have been in or around one of those tragic rallies, so thanks for the heads up Philip! https://t.co/dRgRi06GrJ

As for Trump, he has a long history of criticizing the NFL for its woke politics — he sings the black national anthem before the big game and his ‘end racism’ themes are ridiculously overblown — and allows players to kneel. real national anthem
In 2018, the Philadelphia Eagles won the Super Bowl and several players threatened not to attend the traditional visit to the White House at Trump’s office. So he didn’t invite them.

The Eagles returned to the Super Bowl for the first time since that controversy and were defeated Sunday by the Kansas City Chiefs, 38-35.
A poll on Yahoo News indicates that most viewers shared Trump’s sentiment on Rihanna’s halftime show, with 52% rating it “not great” and just 25% saying it was “great.”
