President Biden is not doing a Super Bowl interview because the White House is not interested in sitting down with the Biden Fox News personality.
Politico reported:
White House officials declined to give Fox specifics about why they ended their contact. Fox’s Brett Baier was viewed by the news and conservative opinion network as the anchor likely to bring down the president. Biden has sat down with news anchors from NBC and CBS in previous years.
Biden’s decision not to tangle with one of Fox News’ top anchors means the White House is willing to sacrifice a massive pre-game audience on Sunday to which the president can share his message. But the White House has signaled its reluctance to reward a network with prime-time hosts who mercilessly attack the administration and Democrats.
President Biden has a good reason not to sit down with Fox. Fox News is a political operation hiding behind the claim of being a news network. Biden would have gotten a huge audience for the Super Bowl interview, but the president shouldn’t have legitimized campaign networks.

Biden hasn’t done an interview with Fox News during his presidency, and chances are most people haven’t noticed.

Joe Biden made the right decision by walking away from Fox News on Super Bowl Sunday.
