Over the weekend there was a report that a US fighter jet shot down an object over Canada. According to Canada’s defense minister, US and Canadian jets were called in and a US F-22 shot down the object.

The TGP did not report on the Alaska object but another report reported by the TGP related to the FAA closing Montana air space for NORAD activity. Two F-15s were dispatched to the area in Montana and nothing was reported shot down.

China reported spotting an object over the weekend near its border. Nothing much has been reported about it since China first reported it.

The unidentified “objects” shot down by the US over Canada and Alaska are both believed to be balloons carrying payloads, a senior US official confirmed to Fox News on Sunday.
Details about the Canadian object were scarce throughout the weekend, but US officials now describe it as “a small metal balloon with a tethered payload,” the official told Fox. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer said he received a briefing on the matter Sunday and said the device in Alaska was believed to be a balloon.

The devices the Chinese spy craft shot down last week were “too small”, however, Schumer told ABC’s This Week.
Last week a Chinese spy balloon was able to fly over the US with all due caution and Americans said Biden let it happen. Now, this weekend Biden and Trudeau are claiming to be the great defenders of North America.
