The freshman Sen said that tests at the hospital showed no signs of a new stroke and that he was being held for tests for a so far undiagnosed seizure. Fetterman suffered a debilitating stroke last May before the Democratic primary. His wife Gisele and staff delayed informing the public about the stroke and kept the extent of the stroke under wraps until the preliminary stages. Fetterman delayed the general election debate in an effort to prevent voters from seeing how difficult it would be to act after early voting. Fetterman won the general election and here we are.
