First son Hunter Biden has finally admitted that the infamous laptop was his and has now called for a criminal investigation into those who shared the data with media sources and threatened Fox News host Tucker Carlson with a defamation lawsuit.
Mr. Biden’s lawyers “sent letters requesting an investigation into allies of former President Donald Trump who they say smuggled information stolen from his laptop,” NBC News reported.
That in itself is pretty revealing, considering the media and Papa Biden told us the laptop wasn’t real and was little more than Russian disinformation.

Hunter Biden urges investigation
The letters were sent to the Department of Justice’s National Security Division and the Delaware Attorney General’s Office.
The former is requesting an investigation into “persons who have substantial reason to believe they violated various federal laws in accessing, copying, manipulating and/or disseminating Mr. Biden’s personal computer data.”
It should be noted that if he hadn’t left the laptop at a computer repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware, there would have been nothing to ‘broadcast’.

In fact, the letter accused repair shop owner Mac Isaac and President Trump’s former lawyer Rudy Giuliani of “possession of stolen property.”

However, Isaac disputed any notion that the item was somehow stolen, saying he legally owned the laptop after not claiming it.
In a statement to NBC News, Giuliani said, “The work order is as clear as it gets. The laptop became an abandoned asset under John MacIsaac’s control.

He threatens to sue Tucker
In a separate letter to Fox News, Biden’s lawyers urged him to retract “false and defamatory statements made by Mr. Carlson on his show.”
At issue was a segment in which Carlson claimed Hunter was paying $50,000 in rent to stay at the president’s Delaware home, though the Washington Post later clarified that it was three months’ rent for an office in Washington.
Biden’s lawyer put Carlson and Fox News “on notice of potential litigation” and advised them to preserve all documents related to the story.

In a statement to NBC News, Hunter praised Biden for his efforts.
“This marks a new approach for Hunter Biden and his team,” the person said. “He is not going to sit quietly as questionable characters continue to violate his rights and media houses try to frame him in lies.”
That’s right – the nation’s foremost connoisseur of crack and hookers, once he’s out of his mind enough to smoke Parmesan cheese, stands up to “questionable characters.”
Text messages recently published by the Daily Mail, collected from Hunter Biden’s laptop, show him withholding wages from female assistants, then sending varying amounts of cash in exchange for video sex sessions as they struggle to pay rent.

During the 2020 presidential debates, then-candidate Biden insisted The information found on Hunter’s laptop was simply “a smear campaign” and “a bunch of garbage.”
“I thought Biden told us it was all Russian disinformation,” said former Trump adviser Steve Bannon, who has also been targeted by Hunter’s lawyers.
