When you need people to give you money or vote for you, scaring them is the best option, and the nebulous boogeymen just keep on giving.
President Biden this week tended to panic during a speech in New York proposing his infrastructure bill, claiming that the end of the world as we know it is just a cow fart and a gas-guzzling vehicle away. And those cow farts are more dangerous than 10,000 nuclear missiles ready to fire at a moment’s notice.
Ironically, he spends every weekend jetting from one vacation spot to another in his gas-powered helicopter and motorcade. But when you’re the most powerful grumpy old man on the planet who needs to accommodate your Federal Bureau of Investigation search for classified documents, how else are you supposed to get around?

No joke
President Biden told New Yorkers this week:
“Global warming is the only existential threat to humanity we have faced, including nuclear weapons.”

Digest that comment for a second. NATO tanks are rushing towards Russia. It is not an exaggeration to say that World War III could break out at a moment’s notice.

Then, earlier this month, when he visited California, he dropped this gem:
“If anyone doubts that the climate is changing, they must have been asleep for the last two years.”
Bold words coming from a man known as Sleepy Joe. But this is not the tune he was singing four months ago when he was in New York.
Just yesterday, Biden said that climate change poses a greater national security threat than nuclear war.

A real threat
Last October, Sleepy Joe Biden claimed:
“For the first time since the Cuban Missile Crisis, we actually have the threat of a nuclear weapon if things continue the way they’re going.”
What ‘things’ is Biden referring to? Why, the ongoing proxy war with Russia, of course.
And how are they trying to mitigate this impending nuclear threat? By speeding up the way things are going – by giving Ukraine equipment, as we said before, such as tanks and possibly F-16s.
Even the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists thinks we are on the brink of planetary annihilation. He recently pushed the doomsday clock forward 90 seconds to midnight, mainly because of the threat of nuclear escalation with Russia.
As CEO of the Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, Rachel Branson explained:
“We are living in a time of unprecedented danger…”

Indeed, but is it because of a possible nuclear apocalypse or because my husband prefers to cook on a gas-powered stove?

Weather Soldiers
Believe it or not, politicians saying what they have to say is nothing new. However, it never ceases to amaze me how far we voters let this little trick play out.
In 2021, Biden told an audience of Air Force members:
“When I went into the tank at the Pentagon with President Obama when I was first elected vice president, the military sat us down and told us what the biggest threats facing America were. This is no joke. You know what the Joint Chiefs of Staff told us was the biggest physical threat facing America? Global warming.”
We shouldn’t put too much stock in what the Joint Chiefs of Staff say; They were blindsided by the complete and utter collapse of Afghan forces and assumed that Ukraine would fold like a bad hand in poker 72 hours after Russia invaded.
So instead of a career in military strategy, war art and weapons, the Army has contracted for ‘climate literacy’ courses and a ‘weather 101’ course for its soldiers.

The Secretary of the Army has a surprisingly ridiculous goal:
“… take all our tanks and fighting vehicles electric in the next couple of decades.”
I can tell you from personal experience that I have seen very few electric vehicle plugs when I deployed. But perhaps a better question is, how do we charge these bad boys if any number of the 12,700 nuclear warheads take more life on the planet and energy sources?

By numbers
I enjoy science and numbers, so let’s take a look at some, shall we? Pious followers of climate change like to argue that increased climate disasters are proof that global warming is threatening and killing us all.
However, the numbers don’t support it. Environmentalist Björn Lomborg explains:
“A century ago, an average of half a million people died each year from storms, floods, droughts, wildfires and extreme temperatures. Over the next 10 decades, global annual deaths from these causes fell by 96%, to 18,000. In 2020, they dropped to 14,000.
2022 was an unusually weak hurricane year
In every basin, hemispheres and globally,
Total storm strength was lower than average
Have you seen that reported anywhere?https://t.co/ewJID2ICgP pic.twitter.com/CzTGfWog0U

Well, geez, that sounds odd…are we surviving climate disasters better now than ever before? Could it be because of civilizational advances in technology and living standards?
Few things pose a more significant existential threat to our nation and planet than Mother Nature. Our adversaries are actively sending poison into our country that will kill every man, woman and child in America.
Think about it, last year, more than 50 million counterfeit prescription pills laced with fentanyl came through our borders. That’s what I call an attempted biological attack.
We own over 90% of the nuclear warheads on the planet and Russia, which has regularly threatened to dial up the conflict in Ukraine. A complete nuclear exchange would destroy the entire world.
The cult of climate change has yet to prove that global warming will completely wipe out the planet. So don’t buy into what the scaremongers are trying to sell you. Instead of investing in solar panels for your home, you may be better off looking into fallout shelters and radiation tablets.
Now is the time to support and share sources you trust.
