“What does ‘awake’ mean?’
100 Percent Fed Up Guest Contribution by Chuck Moss- My pastor asked the question while sitting at our table having post-Mass coffee.
“What does that mean, exactly?”
Interestingly, we all could give him examples, but no one—including me—could give a succinct answer to his question.
Trending: BREAKING: The horror – Arizona administration is investigating Curry Lake and trying to exercise the First Amendment and imprison her on felony charges of exposing election fraud
He then gave us his understanding, which I think is ‘being nice to people who are different’. But I took his question in a more fundamental way. The man wasn’t a Jesuit, but I went to a school run by Jesuits, and that kind of straightforward, fundamental question in the basic sense is Jesuitical.
What does ‘Woke’ mean?
The short answer?
All dictionaries define the term as “social awareness of injustice”. Yes yes. That’s like defining communism as “wanting to help people.” So I started down the rabbit hole road, and here are the general rules.
The wok is:
A theory– means secular religion. It revealed the truth; Opponents are sinners, questioning is heresy, and unbelievers must be converted or destroyed.
It is collectivist. Collectivism rejects human individuality, squeezing people into broad categories based on defined characteristics such as race, gender, and religion. In classic Marxism, those groups are defined by economic status. Voke defines them by race and divides them by ‘privilege’. The color of your skin defines your character forever. A wealthy black college professor outwits the poor white son of a coal miner. Collective thought denies the basic dignity of human beings and treats them as mere numbers. Key: It also assigns collective guilt. Another current name for collectivists is “progressive”.
Vok is a dictator. Collectivism is oppressive. With no individual rights to underpin human dignity and liberties, people are ants dictated by any leader.
Also, Marxist: Wok defines the world as nothing more than an arena of power. Everyone is at war with everyone else for supremacy. A defined dominant class is at war with everyone else. Every institution, norm, belief, history, and tradition—every human endeavor—is a deliberate instrument of oppression by the dominant class. Wock defines the dominant class as “white supremacy”. All others are victims. Everything that exists is fair game for destruction.
Wok is a totalitarian. There are no innocents; There are no neutrals; Nothing is political; Everything is a tool of oppression or a tool of struggle. For a defined victim category, everything is allowed. For the oppressive class, any attack is fair game.
Within this dharma-doctrine, there is the doctrine of “intersection”. This means that there are other categories of victims who rode along with the race.
All these hitchhikers are not equal.
Humans are divided into sub-groups by their arbitrarily defined level of “privilege”. The white female feminist is superior to the white straight male but inferior to the black female. A man who publicly identifies as a woman is now “trans” and has now surpassed hetero-feminist and lesbian. Competition among these victim groups is intense. One class whose status has been violated is the African American. Attempts by others to identify as “black” and the idea of ”trans-race” are laughed out of the room.
The real motivating force of this religion, Not an idealistic desire to improve the world.
Like the Maoist Red Guards who upended China, awakened believers use their religion to empower themselves by pulling down anyone and anything that catches their attention. Students destroy their teachers; Players destroy their coaches; Colleges demolish statues of their founders.
Like Mao’s China, it was a cultural revolution led by power-hungry fanatics. Matter is energy.
This religion is growing and fighting militantly to expand its power. Through ostensibly evangelical organizations such as “diversity, equity and inclusion” initiatives, its true believers are empowered within organizations.
So you have broad principles. Can we get it down to the classic 25 words or less?
“The Wake is an intolerant, revolutionary, collectivist theory of power that is at war with all of society.”
And yes, it is clearly racist.
“NO!!!” Wok screams. “We cannot be racist!! We redefined “ethnicity”, not us!
Answer: “Bullshit! Who cares what your private language says? ‘Ethnicism’ has a literal meaning.
“NO!!!” Shouts Wok! “That dictionary definition was written by white supremacists!”
Answer: “Bullshit. Facts are facts, and reality.
“NO!!!” Wok screams. “Truths and reality are defined by a powerful group as a tool of white supremacy! We reject that truth and reality.
Answer: “Bullshit! Just because you reject truth and truth doesn’t mean they go away. I reject your attempts to pervert them to gain power.
“No!!” Wok screams. “Submit to us, or we will destroy you.” Answer: You laugh grimly and say, “Finally, you speak the truth.”
And then you submit or prepare to fight because they will try to destroy you. There is no compromise, no middle ground.
Remember: for them, it is religion; He has more power, he is the trial, and you are the devil.
But if you submit, their boot is forever on your face, and if you fight, sometimes you win. And trust me; There are more of us than them.
