Catholic pro-life activist Mark Huck was found not guilty Monday of both counts of federal charges.

Mark Huck was charged with two counts of violating the federal Face Act in 2021 for pushing a pro-abortion volunteer who threatened his son outside a Planned Parenthood in Philadelphia.

The FACE Act prohibits “violent, threatening, harmful, and obstructive conduct intended to injure, intimidate, or interfere with the right to seek, obtain, or provide reproductive health services.”

Mark Houck is a Catholic father of 7 and often prays outside abortion clinics.

Remember, in the early morning of September 23, 2022, Mark Huck woke up from a nightmare. About 25 to 30 armed FBI agents knocked on his front door and broke it down.

When corrupt members of the FBI were knocking on his door that morning, Mark told the agents:

“Please, I have seven children in my house, I’m going to open the door.”

The FBI later entered his home with guns pointed at him and his children – his babies – and took his father in on false charges against the pro-life author.

Mark Huck was harassed by Biden’s jackboot thugs and hit with federal charges.

The jury was adjourned and was scheduled to reconvene on Monday.

The jury eventually reached a verdict: not guilty on both counts.

    WFMZ reported:

A jury has reached a verdict in the case of Mark Houck, a Bucks County pro-life activist accused of violating the federal Face Act when he injured a patient escort outside a Planned Parenthood in Philadelphia.

A jury found Hawke not guilty Monday of two counts of violating the federal Face Act.

Federal prosecutors said Houk violated freedom of access for clinic admissions. That law makes it illegal to interfere with the work of reproductive health workers.

To find Haque guilty, the government needed to prove three things beyond a reasonable doubt:

    – Houk intentionally pushed Love, causing him physical injury.

    – Huck interferes with Love’s employment as a reproductive health worker.

    – Houck specifically attacked Love because she is a reproductive health activist.

Haq’s lawyer said it was Haq and his son who were harassed by Love, Haq defended himself and his son.
