The new California law, known as Assembly Bill 2098, allows the Medical Board of California to ‘discipline’ doctors who spread Covid ‘misinformation’.
Surely ‘Covid disinformation’ doesn’t fit the Democrat-Pharma-Media complex.
A group of doctors sued Governor Newsom’s administration, arguing that the law violated their First Amendment rights.

A California judge has issued a preliminary injunction against a state law that gives the Medical Board of California the power to discipline doctors who support opinions on COVID-19 that don’t fit the “consensus,” according to reports.
The law, known as Assembly Bill 2098, is scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2023. Under the law, the Medical Board of California and the Osteopathic Medical Board of California can discipline doctors who “disseminate” information about COVID. In accordance with “contemporary scientific consensus”.
But in November, a group of five California doctors sued the administration of California Gov. Gavin Newsom, saying the law violates their First Amendment rights and constitutional right to due process.
A preliminary injunction temporarily stops the implementation of a law while the case is pending in court.
