Trump Criticizes Biden’s Escalation, Sending Tanks to Ukraine: ‘Come Nukes’ Next, Warns

Donald Trump criticized President Biden’s decision to send 31 Abrams M1 tanks to Ukraine, suggesting an unnecessary escalation toward nuclear war with Russia.

Biden announced the decision to send the tanks on Wednesday while boasting that America’s military equipment is the “most capable tanks in the world.”

“Today’s announcement builds on the hard work and commitment of countries around the world, led by the United States of America, to help Ukraine defend its sovereignty and its territorial integrity,” he told reporters.

Biden insisted that the move to send tanks to Ukraine was “not an aggressive threat to Russia.”

In what The New York Times describes as a “reluctant” decision, the United States follows pressure from Germany to send its own tanks. Germany announced to send Cheetah 2 tanks to Ukraine.

“Why are you taking this decision now? Did Germany force you to change your mind about sending tanks?

Biden, laughing: “Germany didn’t force me to change my mind … We’re going to do it.” pic.twitter.com/J6yorogetk

Former President Trump criticized the news that the US had agreed to send tanks to Ukraine, suggesting it was a natural progression towards a nuclear conflict.

“First come the tanks, then come the nukes,” he wrote on his Satya social media platform.

Trump later suggested that he would be able to broker peace in the region because it was a simple process.

“End this mad war now,” he added. “So easy to do!”

Trump made similar comments to negotiate a peace deal between Ukraine and Russia in September, following a series of insensitive comments by public figures blaming Vladimir Putin for blowing up the Nord Stream pipeline.

The Washington Post reported last month that there was “no conclusive evidence” that Russia was behind the attack.

Trump urged leaders at the time to remain “cool, calm and dry” in response to evidence-less claims about the Nord Stream pipelines.

After noting the Russia-Ukraine war and pipeline crisis that “definitely wouldn’t have happened if I were president,” Trump urged the start of peace talks.

    The Great War?

The tables have certainly turned, it seems. Everywhere you look, Donald Trump is seeking or negotiating peace deals while Biden is escalating things in Ukraine.

Trump, who the media constantly warns will lead us to nuclear war, talks about peace while the current president continues to make things worse.

    Need proof?

Within hours of receiving word that Biden was sending tanks, America’s most notorious corner street beggar Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and his government officials were scrambling for fighter jets.

“Conversations with more than half a dozen Western military officials and diplomats confirm that internal discussions are already underway about supplying Ukraine with jet fighters, which Ukrainian officials have pushed with the support of hawkish Baltic states,” Politico reported.

Give that guy $40 billion, and he’ll demand $55 billion. Give the guy $55 billion, and he’ll demand missiles. Give the guy missiles, and he’ll demand tanks. Give the man tanks, he demands jets. Will it ever end? Give the mouse a cookie…

But hey, the Biden administration is definitely drawing a red line this time. As Politico reports, he is adamantly opposed to sending fighter jets to Ukraine, with diplomats calling it “a no-go.”

    For now.

Does anyone believe they will stick to it?

Meanwhile, Russia has reacted to the news of the tank shipment as you might expect – or as an American would if Warsaw Pact tanks were pounding our border – declaring it an escalation maneuver.

But more than that, they view it as direct involvement; Making NATO a direct combatant.

“We do not specifically agree with this, and in Moscow, the alliance I mentioned and everything the capitals are doing is seen as direct involvement in the conflict,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said. “We see it growing.”

Besides, you know who suggested that sending tanks to Ukraine could lead to all-out war for America? President Biden.

“Understand the idea that we’re going to send in offensive equipment and planes and tanks and trains with American pilots and American crews — and don’t kid yourself, whatever you all say — that’s called ‘World War Three,'” he told reporters.

Biden said Wednesday, “We will begin training Ukrainian forces as soon as possible on the issues of sustainment, logistics and maintenance.”

If they don’t plan to use Zoom meetings, that means American staff will also help them. Tanks + American personnel = World War III, according to the president.

NATO is sending tanks to fight Russia.

In the past 24 hours, France, Germany and the US have said they will send armored vehicles to Ukraine.

Trump has distanced himself not only from his potential Democrat opponent in 2024, but also from his GOP rivals, who have so far been reluctant to call on Biden to accelerate the United States toward war.

Trump launched his presidential campaign in November and warned that the Biden administration was taking America “to the brink of nuclear war.”
