She wrote that because she chose to work harder to get what she wanted, she felt left behind and became sad and frustrated.

Her comments referred to the case of First Atlantic Bank CFO Mr Kwesi Nimak and his alleged sidechick Deborah Seram Adablah.
According to the plaintiff identified as Deborah Seram Adablah, she was working under the first defendant, identified as Kwasi Nimako, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of First Atlantic Bank, the second defendant, during which she was sexually assaulted. Harassment
Deborah Seram Adablah argued that the bank owed her a duty of care, but that it had not failed to discharge that duty, but had used her as a lure to get wealthy men to open accounts with the bank in exchange for sex.
In his writ, he alleges that virtually every senior manager has a girlfriend in the bank and that he changes women at will to the knowledge of the bank’s managers.
She reiterated that women staff would face harassment from their superiors if they failed to give in to their demands.
