911 audio and police bodycam footage of Paul Pelosi’s hammer attack were aired at David DePape’s preliminary hearing last month.
According to reports, David DePape entered the Pelosi’s San Francisco home in the middle of the night in October looking for Nancy Pelosi.
“[DePape] He told the officers and medics at the scene – “I’m so sick of the insane level of lies coming out of Washington, DC, I came here to have a little chat with his wife. I really didn’t want to hurt him, but you know it was a suicide mission. I’m not going to stand here and do nothing at the cost of my life.” ” CBS reported.
Things escalated and David DePape reportedly hit Paul Pelosi in the head with a hammer.
A partial transcript of the audio was released by reporters.
